PROJECT OVERVIEW
Our team was commissioned to execute a comprehensive home overhaul aimed at preparing the property for sale. This involved a range of services, including interior and exterior painting, which covered surfaces such as kitchen cupboard doors and outdoor decking. This project took 17 days to complete from start to finish!
THE PROCESS
SITE VISIT AND ASSESSMENT
We designed a cost-effective full scale makeover, which included carpet replacements, gardening, general maintenance, painting, bath resurface and detailed interior and exterior cleaning. The objective was to minimise any necessary repairs or updates for potential buyers, offering a move in ready home, while also maximising ROI for the vendor.

SCOPE OF WORK
Gardening and Maintenance: The gardens were manicured and maintained to improve curb appeal, with attention to seasonal plants and aesthetic touches.
Painting & Bath/Basin Resurface: Both of the basin in the main bathroom and basin in the powder room were painted and resurfaced to create a more modern appeal to these spaces. All kitchen cabinetry were painted to create a modern appeal as well as resurfacing the kitchen bench top.
Carpet Replacement: Old carpets were removed and replaced with modern alternatives, enhancing the feel of the interior.
Detailed Cleaning: A thorough clean ensured the property was spotless, adding to its appeal during open inspections.
Window Cleaning: All windows and window frames were cleaned inside and outside.
Styling: Our team ensured styling matched the home in a way that was inviting and uplifting.
CHALLENGES AND SOLUTIONS
One of the major challenges involved coordinating multiple teams to complete various tasks within a tight timeframe.
This required careful scheduling, particularly around the removal and replacement of the carpets, which had to be timed after the painting but not before deep cleaning commenced.
Our solution was to work closely with each team, setting up a precise timeline to ensure all jobs were done efficiently without delays.
